Eric and I went to dinner the other night at a pretty nice bar. It's the Battleship Brewery in Fall River. I've lived here for almost three years and only just noticed this place that's tucked into the corner. (But, of course that is a discussion for a different day). Anyway, we are sitting down at our table and I am casually watching the group in front of us. I have a terrible habit of people watching when I am out at restaurants. They are all so interesting!!! But, anyways. A couple of guys walk in and very soon they start talking very loudly about how they love Che Guevara.
I was shocked. I hadn't even really heard of him until we started reading Chapter 7 in our book. Then, here I am just sitting at the table minding everyone else's business when he crops up again. I just thought that was pretty neat-o how things I am reading about in class get played out in the real world.
By the way, wouldn't recommend their clam cakes, but I would definitely have their Manhattan chowda again.
